How we verify exchangers

Changerella monitors 61 cryptocurrency exchangers and continuously collects their live rates and reserves directly from each service. Every exchanger receives a transparent rating built from two signals: profile completeness (verified website, logo, published rate feed and supported directions) and 389 verified user reviews, weighted so that recent and detailed feedback counts more. We flag KYC requirements, fixed vs floating rates and services that stop providing data, and we exclude offers with an empty reserve from the "best rate" selection. Ratings are recalculated automatically as new rates and reviews arrive, so the ranking always reflects the current state of the market.
