Questions
What is energy and why does it save money?
Every USDT TRC-20 transfer consumes about 65,000 units of energy. If the sending address has none, the network burns TRX instead — around 6.5 TRX per transfer, and twice as much when the recipient has never held USDT. Rented energy covers the transfer, so nothing is burned.
Which address should I enter?
The address you will send USDT from — energy is spent by the sender. The address you pay from does not matter: you can pay from any wallet.
How fast does energy arrive and how long does it last?
Usually within a minute after your payment is confirmed in the network. Energy is delegated for 1 hour — make your transfers within that hour.
How do you know the payment is mine?
Every order gets its own payment address, used for nobody else while your order is open. Whatever arrives there is yours — so the amount does not have to match to the last digit, and ten people paying at once never get mixed up.
I sent less than needed. What now?
Nothing is lost: the page shows how much is missing — send the difference to the same address. This often happens when an exchange takes its withdrawal fee out of the amount.
I paid after the timer ran out. What now?
The address stays reserved for your order for several hours after the timer runs out — a late payment is still picked up and the energy is sent. If something went wrong, write to support with the order number: every payment is on record and can be returned.
Do I still need TRX on my address?
A little. A transfer also uses about 350 bandwidth; every address gets 600 free per day, so one or two transfers a day cost nothing. Beyond that the network takes about 0.35 TRX per transfer.
My address has never been used. Will it work?
Yes. A TRON address must be activated before it can hold energy — we do it for you and add 1.1 TRX to the price; you will see it before paying.
