Its been over 48 hours that I can’t buy BTC with US dollars, and even worst, NO ONE responds to support I have gotten a response but it is totally unhelpful. I am trying to use US dollars to buy BTC but the response tells me “ERROR, pair not available”They do NOT directly answer my question nor do they give me an work around

I have exchanged a lot of money with changenow, over 30,000 in successful transactions, after a few weeks I decided to do a transaction of 1200$ and they blocked it for a ‘verification’, I did the verification in 10 minutes, and they told me ‘I am so sorry to hear that, I have updated our team again that you have been waiting for a month already. I understand that this is a very long time to wait. Once they update us, we will also update you either through this chat or via email.’ I have had no update for a month now, but the problem is that there is no communication via email

They have been holding my funds for kyc investigation for 2 months now and 70 mails. Take the maximum amount of time to respond and are usually late responding. I’ve provided everything they ask, then they want more and again will wait a minimum of 7 working days before responding. They are ignoring my request where I can file a formal complaint. Overall a terrible experience and I would like to advise everyone to avoid this exchange Update after changenow reaction: it is still no excuse of this taking 2 months. Still avoid at all cost
