Its been over 48 hours that I can’t buy BTC with US dollars, and even worst, NO ONE responds to support I have gotten a response but it is totally unhelpful. I am trying to use US dollars to buy BTC but the response tells me “ERROR, pair not available”They do NOT directly answer my question nor do they give me an work around

They have been holding my funds for kyc investigation for 2 months now and 70 mails. Take the maximum amount of time to respond and are usually late responding. I’ve provided everything they ask, then they want more and again will wait a minimum of 7 working days before responding. They are ignoring my request where I can file a formal complaint.
