Had numerous Glitchless coin exchanges, then one came along that appeared to have processed but coins didn't arrive in my wallet. Connecting with Changelly to explore the issue, support staff promptly collected the Hash transaction data and showed me that the trade had been transacted and the probable issue was likely that my wallet needed to be re-synced to the blockchain, which I did, and the problem was resolved. Other than this event all coin swaps through Changelly have been seamless for me. Much appreciated.

Exelente exchanhe, un soporte con atwncion en tiempo real, ayer envie un intercambio de cripto el cual falló por estar por debajo del monto minimo, he estado comunicando con soporte y ya hiy me hicieron la transferencia, y no solo la transferencia también me hicieron el cambio de cripto, una atencion genial, abrszos pqra este gran equipo muy agradecido desde Cuba.

I’ve had a hiccup once before with Changelly, however, in this new frontier of light speed digital finance there’s bound to be many. The support team has been quick to reply, knowledgeable about the situation, and has had the problem resolved in a timely manner. Thanks again guys!

Don't know why the page deleted my last review about my ADA exchange, anyway, today I used the exchange twice to swap some ETH and some BTC for some altcoins and after my transactions got confirmed, changelly was very fast to send my altcoins, so I'm happy with their services :)
