Wow! I cannot believe how bad this service is. I started the process of attempting to buy bitcoin for my wallet on Friday. It is now Tuesday and still no bitcoin.. Originally my own bank declined payment and blocked my card stating that fraud often occurs on this platform.I told them that what I was doing I believed to be safe, now I'm not so sure. £500 down and have been told that if the pending order fails I will have to wait TEN DAYS FOR MY OWN MONEY TO COME BACK!? I Have had to upload my legal documents, take selfies, ANOTHER SELFIE WITH MY BANK CARD!! Its insane. Now it is just saying pending. Terrible, terrible service. UPDATE They have since replied to this review asking for me to share my transaction id but provided me with no way of doing so. unfortunately (as they probably know) I cannot reply to a reply on this platform and u certainly will not be posting my transaction ID publicly, 1 day and so far no refund!!!

Buying Nexo was not a very easy process to follow. I went to Changelly and bought Nexo with Bitcoin and tried sending it to my wallet. Unfortunately I have not received the Nexo and have not been able to get help. Was excited about the transaction, but disappointed with the result and lack of help.

So far, this is a mess. Seems like it’s all disappeared. Probably the most convoluted and confusing interaction between my bit wallet and this app I’ve ever tried to figure out. Just wanted to get some nexo. Both platforms suck.Update: Funds did transfer. It seemed like I answered the same question multiple times. The process was very confusing. Streamline this process. Thank you.Update: In the process of transferring funds from on account into this account, I was required to get a “send to” address. Entering the address was followed by queries from my source account. Verifying my identity, I initiated the transfer. The action would not give me verification that it had occurred. It seemed that I had to give identity verification on both accounts. As well, the screens that prompted the required verification would show up differently in appearance. It was like during the process, another entity would pop in and ask for another set of inputs. Very confusing.

I did a few small exchanges and they went thru, once I sent a big amount, they never sent my funds.over 48 hours and still nothingsupport doesn't help, they reply like robot.do not trust them at all

Multiple positive experiences. Usually coins are in your wallet within 10-30 minutes. However, one time they had to process my transaction manually due to a blockchain overload, took 25 hrs to get in my wallet, but the customer support team was informative and polite the entire way. This was during a peak high trade volume day too for the coin I converted. Never felt worried and it all worked out in the end.
