I am new to crypto and have used a different swap service previously. First time using Changelly I messed up by putting an incorrect memo in the transaction which caused an error and made my transaction fail. I thought I was out the money. I contacted live help, they responded instantly, fixed the problem and I received my funds minutes later. Reasonable transaction fee, wide range of coins/tokens and very fast transaction.
