Changelly received 4000 iota on Feb 11, 21 but have not completed the transaction by sending me back my funds in the changed coin. I've also provided changelly with proof of the transaction on iota's tangle/blockchain. Have opened at least 7 support chats, and each time have been told that the team is looking into it, and that I'd receive an email. They have never replied outside of the live chat. After googling around and seeing lots of other people having similar problems I'm beginning to realize that this is Changelly's MO, and that there is likely little hope of having the funds returned. So.. in order to help save others from having a similar experience, I'm writing this review. Strongly advise against using these guys.

I am very impressed with how well it all works. Used it 2 time so far. Bit on the pricey side, hence the 4 stars. Crypto exchanged very fast. Both transactions took less than 15 min to arrive in my wallet. I will continue to use it. Dan

So after a bit of time my problem was sort of kinda resolved they showed me my funds but they never transferred to my Nexo wallet... and now I got a new phone and boom my account is gone again but this time they have given me a number and said that they are backed up and will help me reset my account....new iPhone blues people!Hey guys my funds have not been credited to my account and you sent an email saying you received my transfer request .
