Super satisfied with Changelly I actually messed my transaction up by adding a memo on accident and I was put in touch immediately with someone who helped me and fixed the transaction for me definitely will be coming back to changelly more in the future

24hrs after a successful use of Changelly I initiated another similar ETH for XMR trade using the same ETH address. This time Changelly puts the trade on Hold, said it was suspicious, and now wants a host of personel information from me. My Drivers licence, live video, etc. I'm not interested in providing Changelly with all this personal info.I told Changelly that i don't want to use their service and to return my ETH.Thus far Changelly has refused to give me back my Etherum.I also just found an old Changelly support post on reddit that stated they will return funds if you don't want to provide KYC. These are Changlly lies. Unfortunately I learned about Changellys problems the hard way. There's some better instant exchanges that I should have used but trustpilot didnt let me mention them.I'll update this review, if Changelly ever returns my funds that their holding for ransom.

Beware using Changelly for large transactions as they will take your coins hostage until you give up your personal identity. They do not make it clear that they can take your coins hostage and I find this somewhat deceptive. They of course say it's in the fine print but I have done smaller swaps without having this issue so was unaware.If you are going to give up your identity then you're better off using a proper exchange to get a better rate. Will be looking elsewhere for future swaps.
