I messed up by sending 72 ATOM without using the Memo and thought I had lost my tokens for good!I immediately contacted changelly and they began to work on my case. Whenever I would send an email to support they would respond to me in under 3 minutes. My case was eventually sorted out after a few days. I have used other exchanges but these guys are the best. Communication is excellent and they also have 24 hours live chat support!

Long story short, I sent 20 ETH and was supposed to receive $3,400+ USDT, and instead, I only received .34 cents.Changelly acknowledged that the transaction was misconducted, and it could take a week to get the funds back to me. It's been past a week, and they've stopped responding and I still don't have the funds.If you want the full story, I put together an article at changelly (dot) buzzOnly use this service if you are a HIGH RISK, LOW REWARD type of person. You could lose all of your money in a swap.UPDATE: Since they responded to the review, they still haven't reimbursed me yet. I have contacted Hitbtc and MEW Wallet as well, to see if they can help with the matter. I'll update again if I am able to. This is the first review I've ever left on Trust Pilot.UPDATE: 4-20-2020 They finally reimbursed me. I am grateful that I got my money back, but I still didn't feel this was a great experience. I did update my experience from 1 star to 3 star since they did follow through with the reimbursement.

Fantastic support team! I exchanged a small amount of USDC for XRP using Changelly. When the transaction was halted due to an admin error on my part, the Changelly support team noticed the problem less than an hour after the transaction initiated, emailed me directly to request more information and corrected the issue. The transaction went through in no time after that. Additionally, when I asked how to correct the problem in the future, the Changelly team realized there was a bug in the app, notified the engineers and pushed an update -- again, all within an hour. After the update, the support team once again contacted me directly thanking me for reporting the bug and advised me to update my app to prevent any confusion in the future. Amazing customer service and such an inexpensive way to purchase crypto! Extremely satisfied!
