Edited: I am changing my review about Mercuryo.io and Changelly.com. Objective chronology with exchange in Mercuryo.io. After not receiving exchange transaction on Changelly.com, their support asked me to contact with Mercuryo.io. After contacting during two days their support said me to wait. On third day they said that there are no such transaction, history has been removed (may be technical issue, may be not). After saying that I have recording of whole transaction, my history has been restored. Then after leaving worst reviews and feedbacks, and spending many hours and days with support of Mercuryo and Changelly, after changing priority of my issue on their side (a little bit) in the end they send back to my account on mercuryo my funds, then I withdraw them by myself (on the 9-th day after exchange). This is my history. And changelly is not responsible for mercuryo steps. So I will not make any transaction in exchanges with partnering with Mercuryo.io. Be careful. If I'll have marketplace, I will be responsible for any customer on my place - like ebay.How could it be to let partners work with you and let them make steps against customers like provided by me.

I recently made an exchange of BNB to ETH (because where I live, I don't have access to Binance). Unfortunately I entered the wrong memo code by my own error, which meant my request could not be processed, and I "lost" my BNB (which wasn't a small amount). I contacted Changelly Support, and they responded within minutes. I provided them the relevant information, and within a week they recovered my coins and processed my transaction. They did everything they said they would within the stated time frame, and I didn't have to pester them once for status updates -- They routinely kept me updated. I will never use any other exchange service. Thank you Changelly!

In the beginning looked trustworthy, until I tested it and exchange didn't succeeded. I thought I lost money and this was a scam platform. But creating a support ticket and seeing the responses calmed me down. And I saw that I made a mistake in the transaction. After that I the correct steps and exchange was fast and successful.The process is very easy. Keep it up

Six months ago, I used Nexo app to buy Nexo tokens from Changelly. My payment was successful, but I never received my tokens in my wallet. I blamed Nexo app for this, but they did their own investigation and found it was not their fault. Then , in June, I turned to Changelly's live chat support for help. The customer service replied immediately, and my problem was resolved very quickly. In 2 weeks I received my refund. Thank you guys, your customer service is AMAZING!
