**THIS REVIEW WILL BE UPDATED REGULARLY UNTIL RESOLVED**So last year of June I used Swapspace to exchange some tokens (Polygon to ETH) and Changelly as the exchanger but accidentally sent tokens (Matic via Polygon Chain) to the wrong chain and opened a ticket in hopes of getting my funds back but I was informed that their exchange provider doesn't have access to the wallet address and Changelly will have to wait until there is access so the funds can be sent to them and then my refund can be given.Fast forward to this year, I was informed that the refund was possible already and I was asked for a refund address in which I was happy to provide the original wallet where the funds were sent from and told them to just refund it back.They gave me assurances and I tried to get updates daily but till now nothing.Information provided by them after through their live support: June 20231. 20 business days to process refunds but could extend + this is just an ETA (as multiple agents said) so confusing right?2. No KYC is needed (Since I didn't used Changelly directly and only used it through Swapspace + with my type of refund no KYC is needed)3. My account activity doesn't fall into malicious or any type of fraudulent activity.4. $100 worth of Matic deduction for processing the refund + 6-7 Matic for network fee.5. Changelly is just waiting for the Exchange Provider to have access to the wallet and deposit the funds to them. Upon Downloading the transaction file of the exchange providers wallet through Polygon scan, it clearly shows outgoing transactions from months ago but none of the Changelly agents or Changelly itself can give information and only answered me with "We'll ask for a follow up from out exchange provider".6. June 30, 2023: Wallet activity of the exchange provider shows funds being transferred out (again) meaning there is already access to the wallet.**UPDATES as of July 4, 2023**NOTHING as of yet...**UPDATES as of July 5, 2023**-Changelly emailed me saying my refund is now possible.-I was asked to confirm my refund address again and an ETA of 20 business day but they'll try to have it sent to me sooner.**UPDATES as of July 10, 2023**-It's been 3 business days and still nothing-Agent named "John" informed me that my refund is being processed by the "upper-level department" But WHEN I asked for more info I was denied as "We cannot give out information on internal processes", I was only asking on what is next ergo what department will my case go to next before my refund is sent. LOL. Sound like a major red flag and my funds will just end up the others that's held hostage but we'll see.-My case was escalated**UPDATES as of July 14, 2023**-Was informed that my case is on the last stages and no issues of what so ever.-My refund will be sent out at the end of this week hence "Friday UTC Time" anytime of the day.Finger's crossed on this.

I was having a sign-in, 2FA issue and sent an email to Changelly for support. I literally got a reply within 5 minutes. I was a little confused but Changelly walked me through my problem and got me back up and running within just minutes. Great support as usual!

Investing in cryptocurrency is difficult because we are still in its infancy and cross chain operability was incredibly hard to manage until I found Changelly; This app has helped me so many times when I had to exchange tokens but the hot wallets I was using no longer supported them.

RUN RUN RUN , DO NOT USE THIS ECHANGE IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY. THEY WILL COME UP WITH ANY EXCUSE TO CLAIM THE MONEY IS SUSPICIOUS AND WILL NOT MAKE A REFUND. EVEN WHEN YOU PROVIDE THE DOCUMENTS , THEY WILL SEIZE YOUR FUNDS. THE SAME DAY , I USED TWO OTHER EXCHANGES , LOOKING FOR THE BEST RATE AND NONE OF THEM HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY USDT. RUN FOR YOUR DEAR LIFE . IF THEY CLAIM YOUR COIN IS SUSPICIOUS , WHY DON'T THEY JUST RETURN YOUR COINS LIKE OTHER EXCHANGES DO. THIEVES!. I SURE WILL BE SEEKING LEGAL COUNSEL

Easy to use, nice service. Even if my transaction to the exchange took a long long time to confirm they still had the order filled when the currency arrived in their account.
