Great support from the team at Exolix!I happened to transfer the wrong amount of ETH for a transaction. After a quick chat with the support team my issue was resolved.I highly recommend them for their promptitude and fast transfers.

Works, but a bit nerve-racking 1st time experience. The UI could definitely use some improvements. My payment was sent, but the transaction page wasn't showing any confirmation that payment was received, or that the exchange is currently being processed.It just stayed on the same page with the timer to send payment continuously going down. But after 20-ish minutes, I checked the recipient account, and the swap worked! I then refreshed the Exolix page, and the transaction finally showed that exchange was complete.Thank you! and hope to see the site improve even more.UPDATE: Changing my rating to a 5-star now, I'm impressed how quickly Exolix was able to implement a more intuitive UI for the Exchange process. Now it gives you a more detailed description of what's happening on every step of the Swap, hence; users will become more comfortable/confident that their Exchange is actually being processed. Props to the team! keep it up!

Exolix is great. Their support answers almost immediately and they even prevented me from sending $1,000 worth of ETH to the wrong wallet and losing it forever. I'm so grateful for what they do and how they manage themselves.
