EDIT: changing this from 1 star to 5 star, got a quick response from their support, after about 30 minutes and received my funds as expected. Sent ETH, ETH was transferred after a few minutes. Then I got a message back saying that the transfer failed and that I would not receive any funds. Can see that a number of people have experienced the same on Reddit.
