Waiting for support for almost 2 years. A basic transaction can't be done. My funds were moved internally but they say, I have to wait. Wait another 2 years to get my funds back? Waiting for what? It's a basic transaction. Nothing what could not be done within minutes.Small Update to Changelly: I am in contact with the team for about 2 years now. Each time I reach out they say, I have to be patient.Background: Accidentally my funds were moved on the polygon chain instead of ethereum. I have contacted the support several times. I saw my funds were moved internally to another wallet instead of back to me. While I was told they can't move them. I provided my email address so you can check the support conversation.
