I had many great experiences with them including having my transactions refunded and fixed when they were stuck during a wrong address being sent and KYC approval when one was flagged. In 2017 I sent 10k worth of BCH to a wrong address and in a few weeks I was refunded. In 2024 one of my transaction was stuck due to KYC and was resolved in a few hours. I have nothing but good experience with their staff and compliance team via email and live chat. Also many transactions I've made went smooth! 5 stars, very trusted exchange and helpful!

I recently swapped SNT from Exodus to SOL on Coinbase and I had set the fee on Exodus to be quite low. The transaction did not send in the 3 hours time frame that Changelly keeps the swap wallet open. Exodus just reports it as Sending and I thought I had lost the coins. I received an email from Changelly that the transfer did not finish in the allotted time and if I could send some necessary details so they could continue processing the transaction and get it to my ultimate wallet address. I did, and they got the SOL into Coinbase. Great customer service. Very responsive.

I swapped some coins for Solana on ledger and it too approximately 13hrs for the coins to reach my account. This was getting a little concerning and I had thought that I had been scammed, but their support team we calm and reassured me that there was an issue on Solana side due to the traffic on Sala a side and that my coins would arrive and eventually it did. Thanks to the team for continuing to try and resolve and assist me.
