ABSOLUTE THIEVES! STAY AWAY! I made a transaction in 2021 (0xae4e6cd71bc435a1e55a367900210b42ce0996dd49276306c0fa69977ab36530) where I accidently sent .2 ETH to a changelly BSC address for an exchange, it was my mistake as it was the wrong network, they told me at the time and over the last 3 years that they had no way to recover these funds, however I looked recently and saw that the address deposited succesfully transferred the ETH out and for all intents stole it, and they are still lying that they never recovered it. This is theft of roughly $1,000 at the time exchange rate. Obviously the ability to recover is possible as other exchange services offer this protection. Changelly are scammers and thiefs. I am going to escalate this issue.Update: They say it “looks like it’s finished”, please then explain the activity of the receiving (Changelly) address : 0x5AadA6EAFf082e651d2726b1E8327538F79088eEIt sat for months there and then was transferred out in two parts to Binance. I never received a cent.I have tried unsuccesffuly to contact support or get this resolved.Newest Update: I made mistake in recounting the events. The initual trade I made with the BSC address was successful. However afterwards when I was trying to make a seperate eth-eth transfer with nothing to do with Changelly I accidently used the copied BSC address from the early transaction and sent the .2Eth to that address instead of the intented address. This is why I need help to recover those funds.

Сравнивая с другими крипто-сервисами этот не сильно отличается. Так же приложение, есть поддержка, есть все те же обменные пары, что и везде. Обменник старый, знал о нём ещё очень давно и до сих пор им пользуется много людей. Это обнадёживает!
