I exclusively use this site for smaller transactions from BTC to XMR and it’s always a complete breeze. Could be faster, I suppose, but that’s no issue for me. Usually about 30-40 mins from one wallet to another. Glad I found the site, and I don’t mind the fees. Not much more than an ATM withdrawal for the amounts I transfer.

I did another swap on Changelly.com today. This one was nerve-wracking because the previous swaps took less than 15 minutes. After about 90 minutes, I contacted customer service via Live Chat to have them check on it using their Transaction ID. They reassured me that the type of transaction I was doing tends to take longer than most. I am very glad I got confirmation that everything would go through because it ended up taking 2 1/2 hours to complete but everything went as expected.
