@shame you changelly you are claiming that refunded my cancelled transaction regardless of reason that everybody knows (volatility)like yourself you have sent me a unusable link ,i requested transaction hash so many time ,but you do not reply ,i know why you do not answer.... as long as you make it really.do not bother your customer ,and look at people comments...!!! why do not respond for hash request?i DID NOT RECEIVE THE REFUND.WHY ... you have not refunded my crypto CONTRARY TOWHAT YOU CLAIM.if you were honest there will be no problem.my problem is like everyone elses.why are you taking my time ??you know best what the problem is.please be a little honest,it will be in your faveralthough i know you will not.am i right??

100% Avoid. Lack of any realistic support. General lack of accountability and they spent my currency for me. Made two exchange requests early Friday morning, exchanges step was stuck pending until the night roughly 9 hrs and with no reasoning both transactions were marked as failed. Now there was a link that on the transaction history that says live support , However that does not work , (Tried Multiple Browsers ) After lodging a support ticket to esquire what the issue was , without response or permission , Instead of refunding the initial Crypto that was used the decided to re-instantiate the trade at a totally different price point more that 18hrs hours later. After all this ,My ticket was closed, without any response, and my transaction history on the account was removed. I have screen shots of every step. I have the block chain details for all transactions.

I am missing over 40% of my exchange. I switched btc to doge and ended up with only 60% of the promised exchange rate once the exchange was over. I had good experiences with them before even if I found the fee abit high everything worked. But this is a pure scam. I waited 2 hours for my funds and they kept all the winnings from that time. Avoid at any cost!Edit: despite their reply this has nothing to do with the instability of the crypto world. It's just pure scam if you oversell the amount of resources you can provide and then let the customer on the loosing end with no consequences for oneself. Look up similar experiences in reddit etc.
