I’ve been with Changelly since 2016 and their customer service, website, phone app is better than any other company. I recently sent BNB without the memo and they resolved my issue very quickly and refunded me the whole amount back. A+

I've transferred cryptos a couple of times and all the times has been incredibly reliable. The staff team are also very friendly, and you don't need to wait long to get support (in comparison to other competing websites). If you need to exchange coin, this is the platform to do it!

This exchange just took too long to process. The exchange was started on 2/6 and wasn't exchanged and deposited into my wallet until 2/17. Not a good experience.

Look no further for any other Crypto exchange. I have dealt with countless exchanges and this is literally the ONLY exchange that provides LIVE chat support and instant rectification if there is an issue or question. 95% of exchanges will only operate email based and could take weeks to get a reponse. Changelly has a live chat feature which is crucial and the agents are extremely helpful. The fee's are very reasonable and the exchanges are very prompt. I have entrusted tens of thousands of dollars to be exchanged and this would be the only company i would trust. I can't recommend them enough. This is a real review by a real customer!

I didn't know what to expect from Changelly and was skeptical as there are a lot mixed reviews. I will never worry about using them again. They responded so quickly and actually took the time to read my inquiry. They also answered like humans rather than just some bot that copies and pastes generic responses (looking at you Coinbase).Most importantly, they got the job done. Big fan!
