I had inadvertently sent my Cryptocurrency to a wrong address. I notified Changelly and requested support to investigate. In 2 weeks my Cryptocurrency was back in my wallet! I thought I lost it forever. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHANGELLY!!!!

today I made my 6th or 7th transaction with Changelly and decided to leave a review finally. they all went pretty fast within the framework they usually write everywhere so that's a +, there was no verification for me and the all expirience was very-very positive!!

Many people here mentioned it before, but i would like to say it once more. The support team is phenomenal! Helpful, react quick. and you genuinely feel like they care. That is something alright. As for the service, almost everything is great, some things have room for improvement tho!(MEMO button could be a little more visible)Nice

I recently started trading crypto through changelly and as a result I messed up like all amateurs do, I accidentally sent the funds to the wrong wallet which means I lost all my money and I assumed it would be impossible to get back (completely my fault changelly works great if you do everything properly). When I sent a message to the support team I was met with nothing but kindness and understanding. They helped me through a difficult scenario and was able to find my funds and send them back which shows how caring and helpful they try to be!

I'm glad I was using Changelly when I sent nearly $50,000 to the wrong address. I experienced some anxious moments (to say the least) but my dread was alleviated by Changelly's prompt and professional customer service. They told me it could take four weeks to return my wayward investment, but they did it in one!

I chose the fixed rate because the notification said it could take up to 18 hours to complete the transaction for BitcoinSV. The Exchange rate got fixed as the first chain confirmation came in. The transaction took 17 hours to complete, knowing that BItcoinSV hat a 51% attack a few months ago and Changelly needs that much confirmations out of security reasons. To my surprise I got the locked Atom amount transferred to my wallet. I was sceptical after reading the comments in the app store, but for me it was a smooth experience.
