Last year I was changing 328 BUSD to 0.14 ETH. The transaction in Changelly was expired. At that time (14th of April 2021) support did some research but couldn’t help me. Probably I did something wrong with a address or wrong network. I assumed it was lost. Two weeks ago I got a mail with my ticketnumber that they found my transaction and wanted to do a refund. I confirmed my blockchain address were It was send from and since yesterday I’ve got it back in my wallet!Great service from Changelly! Thank you very much.
