Horrible exchange site stay away. They take way longer than average to complete transactions and then stop the transaction once the exchange rate changes in a way that isn't in their favor. Once the transaction is stopped, they force you to talk with online chat who informs you they're holding your funds hostage. You can either complete the exchange at a lower rate or they'll return your funds minus a network charge and fees. If you can't complete my transaction, I can understand that, but return the funds I sent you. Changelly is an absolutely criminal enterprise. Stay away.

I contacted the customer service department in regards to some issues I was having attempting to perform some transactions utilizing their system which I was unfamiliar with. I was contacted by two exceptional customer service Representatives Samira and Aileen, they both provided me not only with the proper and critical knowledge I needed in order to get my transactions processed properly and immediately. They were patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable regarding their field of expertise which is cryptocurrency and the technology company they work for Changelly! I would give them 100 out of 1000 meaning a thousand out of a thousand in regards to a rating for this company but the customer service that I received was so over the top as far as my experience that there is no reading high enough to give these two professionals who assisted me in getting my transactions process immediately. A job not only well done but very appreciated will always utilize this service as I have need and recommended to everyone who has need of not only converting cryptocurrencies as well as purchasing cryptocurrencies. And if any problems arise rest assured you will be taken care of because their customer service team is exceptional all capital out all capitals all capitals EXCEPTIONAL!!!!
