Update 8/25 When I asked why so many negative reviews on holds, I was told many people were not updating their review. I still haven't even heard from them, and I feel like they are hoping people on hold will just give up. I think they will go out of business within the next year, and take as much crypto with them as possible. Update 6/29 Its been 16 days now. I provided all docs for KYC, including personal information. I am concerned this is a scan between Changelly, Bitpay, and Sumsub, the company that does the KYC. I read Sumsub has Russian ties I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM ANY OF THESE Companies. Not processing, or returning my $700 is theft, and you can't trust a thief.I have made 7 or so transactions without a problem. I use same method, same wallet, and for some reason #8 is under review. It asked for verification, I did that. It said could take 2 minutes. It's now 9 days, and all I get for an answer is it's under review.I'm pretty sure they're just going to keep my money because they're in another country and in bitcoin.

They always come through.Everytime I send crypto through Changelly, there's always network fees. However, even if I send less than the expected amount or "below the minimum" - I just start a chat with a Live Agent, directly on the website.They usually verify I want the current exchange rate. I say, "Yes" and they send the funds over in less than 15 minutes!
