tried to exchange usdt to ton. sent money. exchange hanged. was forced to chat. operator said there is a problem, will be fixed in 2 hours. after two hours exchange is completed... they paid to wrong wallet and say I've entered it. yeah, entered, got it wrong with copy paste. scam.

I recently bought some usdc that I planned to change for bnbbsc. I decided to use Changelly for the first time. It looked simple and easy - critical factors in the complex ecosystem of crypto. Despite the ease and simplicity of use, the system broke down...due to user error! I bought USDC and them promptly swapped it for USDT...in my head and on my exchange. F&@k!!! I sent the wrong coin to the wrong wallet and most likely lost about 3k. I decided to contact Changelly support just in case. After I answered several questions, they determined that I can get the USDC back but it would take about 20 days...unless there were issues. Ugh! But glory hallelujah! Changelly support came through and returned the funds to my account in about a week! They did that despite having to go through a bunch of manual processes and higher level approvals. So thank you, thank you, thank you to Changelly!! Especially the wranglers in customer support who have to unravel the mysteries of user errors!😁
