Recently I exchanged 0.5 btc for eth via changelly it was my first time using the app and had read good things so I felt it could be trusted.I completed the swap via ledger but received a way lower than market rateReached out to customer support and got a long explanation which was copy pasted. terrible customer service ,and 500 euros of eth for the transaction unbelievable!!do not use this exchange
