I attempted to process a transaction to convert cryptocurrency through Exolix and received a transaction rejected by Exolix error message, and that would be fine except that Exolix rejected my transaction but withdrew the funds from my Coinbase wallet.I found out the issue was probably partially my fault and partially miscommunication, but I was able to get through to a great customer service rep at Exolix who found the provlem was that I was exchanging with an outdated version of a token. This particular customer service representative deserves a raise and a promotion for actually doing some digging and research to find the root cause of the problem and refunded all of my deposited coins.The miscommunication in part came from me not realizing that Exolix with their systems could not view all of the information I had attached to the email and only the information in my immediate replies, but this great customer service rep was such a clear communicator that she was able to work with me through all of these obstacles and manage to get to the root of the problem and deliver excellent customer service. I am now a very happy, and now more educated customer, this review score should reflect the diligence and the professionalism of this super customer support representative.

Traded in my old iOst for BTC, straight to my CashApp account, sold to USD and went straight into my checking acct (ALL of that in less than 45 minutes!). Given, all of my accounts outside of this site/service are registered with my identity, tax forms, blah blah. This seems to be the ONLY exchange I can use for some of my crypto. All of these other exchanges are hyperbole if you live in the US (or even if your IP is there, not a US citizen, etc). This was no questions crypto-to-crypto, the way it should be.

Absolutely recommended this service. Once I forgot to specify the MEMO tag when filling in the data for a transaction. I immediately went to read the Terms, because know that other services do not return coins in such a case. In Terms, it was also written that in this case, the coins may be lost through the fault of the client. I already mentally parted with my coins, but still wrote to the support service. I was pleasantly surprised that the support manager was immediately on my side and did everything to get my coins back. After this incident, I made several exchanges through Exolix and everything was successful. Fast, easy and smooth.
