Did a lot of prior research since shapeshift is out of the game now, read a couple negative things on the 'net, but the criticisms seemed sketchy, so i dipped my toes in the water with Changelly on a couple smaller transactions this afternoon to test the process, then the lion share, for an important transaction needed today. $1k total. All went well. Quick, fees reasonable, and no hiccups. Will use again. Thanks, was needed today.

The service itself / the concept is of course awesome but, at least for what I'm used to, the fees been a bit high & what did bother me the most was the time i had to wait until i finally received my swap and been able to use it.

Shocking customer service. Spamming the hell out of me. Can't access the 'settings' in my account to change them or delete the account, and support are saying Changelly can't delete the account - I have to do it. Tried (on IE, Edge, Chrome and FF) to access but NADA. CS agent refusing to escalate to 2nd or 3rd line support. Scam spamming service - STAY AWAY

Странно, что мало положительных отзывов. Последнее время пользуюсь частенько - всё отлично. Ну а то, что они отправляют перевод только после полного подтверждения сетью Вашего отправления.... Вы бы не так же бы делали????
