update: 0izyodrof9kb0ul5 which was originally floating rate, but my point is that after the transaction failed with no notification via email for a drop in exchange rate to "protect our customers" I approved a manual exchange at the current exchange rate! To any reasonable interpretation that sounds like fixing it at that rate. Why did this go through at a lower rate after I approved it for a higher one, when my original transaction didn't?? There was a more significant drop, but you give no guidelines when making a trade, nor do you clarify anything about the "manual" transactions.Not at all helpful during this time of congestion, after failed transactions where I got no notifications via email or anything, they performed a "manual" approval after I contacted them where I approved a certain rate, and then they submitted it and I ended up with a significantly worse rate. Service does not provide adequate customer support or transparency. Asking for manual approval and then waiting for a low rate after having me approve an exchange rate is fraud.

Changelly Exchange is very simple/easy to use, but the coin purchase email confirmations are not detailed enough. The transaction details tell you how much of a coin you exchanged and how much of other coin you bought, but it needs to tell you the dollar amount of the exchange as well as the amount of any fees paid for tax purposes. Maybe this can be added in a future releases.
