My experience with my first transaction with this exchange was very positive and I had a problem right off the bat and I had access to support via chat right away that resolve the issue and save me from having a heart attack and that’s no joke. LOL The chat was very helpful and professional and knowledgeable and my issue was resolved right away without having to wait for a 24 or 48 hour email response like most others. It’s fast and easy in and I am a beginner so it was very refreshing.

Started with $180 of crypto, after exchange and wallet deposit I ended up with $134. Lost $46 there with a 26% transaction cost. Thats absurd!!!!I just read your reply. I observed the trade go through and the price was $0.094 cents when I placed the order. Immediately following my order entry the price traded at $0.142 and was my purchase price. 2 minutes later the price settled back to $0.095 cents. Even with the network fee I should have recieved 1553 tokens but received 1290 after your price spike. Guess you front run the orders. Nice game.

Changelly is fantastic. It saved me at a time when I needed a quick solution: I had some Cardano in a wallet on Exodus. And I wanted to exchange that Cardano for a different coin. I tried multiple exchanges, including Voyager and several others. None of them would allow me to exchange Cardano for any other coin. Most said Cardano exchanges were "temporarily unavailable" no matter what other coin I chose. Changelly made it simple. And the beautiful thing about Changelly is, you don't store anything there-- you specify your target wallet where you want to send the converted coins, and you have a certain number of hours to send the funds from the source wallet to a Changelly provided address, and they do the exchange for you. Automatically, the converted coins just appear in your destination wallet for the target coin type. Easy peasey! I'll be using Changelly often going forward! Best of all, NO KYC!
