DO NOT USE CHANGELLY.com or send your crypto if you are in USA. Plus, there are numerous other countries listed in their Terms and Conditions (located elsewhere from the transaction page) as well so USER BEWARE.I did 2 transactions for 100K and 110K of Tfuel (worth over 15K USD) to Changelly.com to exchange to SOL.I was notified that it was flagged for suspicious activity so I had to provide KYC. I promptly provided. Then, they wanted more info such as source of funds, bank statements, ect. I sent them an email which showed them that it had been in my trust wallet. I refused to send any further information since it might be a scam sadly. Why would anyone go to a DEX and have to provide any of this info?Then I got a notice that they do not operate in my region, USA, at the moment and to look at their Terms and Conditions. They operated here back in 2020-2022 when I last used them. Strangely, there are positive reviews on this site which state that the user is located in US. (fake reviews?)I had gone to other sites, such as KUCOIN, and was immediately notified on their site that they do not operate in my region. Why did Changelly.com have me send my crypto to them?They said they would be refunding it to me after their management approved it. It would take 5 to. 7 business days. Yet, they are available 24/7 per their site. Why would it take them 5-7 business days to return my crypto?This is clearly a scam to steal my crypto. DO NOT USE. I have also reported this on scams-alert.io along with the receiving addresses for my crypto************Update 12/16: I contacted scams-alert.io and they reached out to Changelly. It’s unfortunate that one has to go to publicize problems before getting any action from Changelly. They did refund my crypto.

Try to Avoid changelly, if you want to exchange assets above value of 100usd.I tried first a small amount, which succeeded. And then did a exchange of about 2.3 BTC. Then it got locked. I did quickly the AML/KYC, sent them all transactions as a CSV File of my trezor wallet to show ownership of my mines BTC. First quite fast responsive, but now they respond slowly although one can see, that the BTC come in step by step by 0.1btc.I did one time a lending which was immediately returned back, which one can clearly see. I am so pissed off with this.Unlock the funds or return the funds back to my wallet!

I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 years for a refund on a transaction (hsmmmo94eqfj45js) that has been stuck in the review process. Despite being patient and understanding throughout the entire process, I have received no meaningful updates or resolution from the company. I’ve received nothing but vague promises and delays since then.The company has continuously asked me to wait longer, even though the issue has already dragged on for an unacceptable amount of time. After reaching out multiple times and being met with silence or generic responses, it’s clear that they have no intention of addressing my case fairly or promptly.I am now forced to make my experience public in hopes of getting some resolution. If the situation is resolved I will gladly update or remove this review. However, I strongly caution anyone considering using this service.

Приложение понравилось, можно обмены делать прямо с телефона, делается всё очень просто, удобно использовать на ходу без ноута. Комиссии можно сделать меньше. А так всё нравится.
