First of all, Changelley is GOD SENT! (Regardless of which God you believe in, it was your God that sent them 🤣). I started using them and Got into a pickle since I forgot to input my transaction ID. BOY WAS THAT A MISSION! The Changelley Team took care of me like a baby. Not only did they refund the transaction, but they were very secure about it. I also just tried to exchange XLM to XRP, but failed since XLM is “down for maintenance”. The gentleman by the name of Alex, definitely helped me understand the issue. Changelley is DEFINITELY one of the BEST exchanges and I WILL FOREVER USE THEM. I did not get paid to review, and I don’t write reviews; but they definitely deserve good juju their way. #FamiliaThank you Alex! CHANGELLEY ROCKS!!!

I was skeptical about this exchange at first because I thought they scammed me out of my BTC when I tried to convert it to another token. I submitted my issues with the Support team in the app and they solved my issues by manually converting my BTC to the token I applied to swap. I will continue you to use this app.

Using my Coinomi wallet, I transferred 492 XEM to BTC using Changelly.. A little while later my £137 had suddenly been reduced to £108, they'd charged me a massive 21%!! I chatted to a representative at Changelly who told me it's the same fee for a £137 transaction as it would be for a £1037 one! They don't use a %, but rather a set fee which is ridiculous, don't believe their talk of low fees, it's a total lie.
