The "4 simple steps" part in the how it works section is the worst part of this service. I felt like that section was most exciting to me but I got through it in 5 minutes. This was my first time using this service and it was great, I would've enjoyed it better with a more engaging section about how Exolix works. Exolix is great, I will definitely use it agin.

I have been in cryptocurrency since 2013. Back when it was still fun and organization like this where helpful as well as honest and not like the central banking business model and payday loan places this company is currently operating like. I was on swapzone because I have been dealing with them for a long long time. This company came up as one of their partners. I was like oh cool let's give them a shot. So I did my first test just like I do any new exchange partner (A small amount of piratechain in exchange for Ethereum. Amount around $200.00 U.S.D.) .I have never had any issues with swapzone. Not one and I have been doing this a long time. So I set everything up and sent it away as instructed. Waited 5 minutes and nothing happened. (Not unusual depending on transactions it can take awhile. ) I came back from a bathroom break and it said transaction failed. No big deal. I checked the piratechain wallet and the funds where in fact sent and received. So I did the standard email of swapzone support. Swapzone is Great. . . They reached out and contacted them after I sent them all the information. (transaction i.d. , screenshots, block i.d. number, the whole 9 yards. Then nothing happened for a day. I knew something was wrong because this was a standard open and shut case. I provided all the information they needed because it in fact got to the wallet intended. I had evidence of this. I emailed again and asked if they had found anything out from their partner (Exolix). I explained to them in my previous email this was the first time I had a problem with swapzone and the first time I used their partner (Exolix). They didn't here anything back so I emailed their (Exolix) customer service department directly. They where very friendly in their first email and seemed helpful. I went ahead and told them what happened and sent all the necessary information that I sent swapzone. Even though it had been over 24 hours for a small tranaction like this I was still giving them the benefit of the doubt and just hoping their tech team had a big workload and had not gotten to it yet. Day 2 I got a email from swapzone and stated their partner did not receive my piratechain to their wallet. I responded and told them it was obvious that it had. Any technician working in a space like this could see within 5 minutes or less the transaction had been sent and received from the wallet especially providing them with all the information I did right from the beginning of the previous emails. ( I basically did their job for them. ) swapzone customer support was again very helpful and was confused as I was.I emailed Exolix customer service again early on day two and they told me their tech team was still working in it. (They did not know I had already talked with swapzone who told me they said (Exolix) they didn't receive it.)Finally I got the next email. Exolix customer service then gos to tell me they didn't receive payment. I told them I was confused and why they thought that the information I sent them is clear and shows it has transferred to that wallet because of the block tranaction i.d. as well as the time of day it was sent and received. The next email was the icing on the cake and I knew I was dealing with someone with a payday loan mindset. They go to tell me that they had no record of it being received but if I where to send them $31.00 USDT they could find where the transaction went so they could refund the piratechain to my wallet. They told me "Returning coins takes time." and since "It was no fault of their own that this was required."The next email I wrote is as follows. Are you serious right now? You want me to send you more money?!?! Well is that not convenient for you guys? You clearly see it was sent with screenshots block #s tranaction ID and everything.So here is what I am going to do for you guys. I am going to give you one last opportunity to make this right especially being such a little amount or I will run a huge ad campaign and get you deplatformed off of swapzone. I am rich and have no friends. So I will spend a good amount of my day making this my goal until this happens. You can't do this to people. There are little guys out there that depend on these little amounts to scratch out a living.I will spend thousands of dollars to get you crushed on trustpilot , Reddit , all my private groups on telegram. I am not threatening you . I am promising this is what will happen.Enjoy your evening. Cheers.So this was my email to them and swapzone customer service reached out to me directly after this and told me if I needed any help they would do whatever they could. What Exolix customer support does not know is I know a lot of people in the Crypto space and I will be calling the people I need to get this company deplatformed. I refuse to watch these people become the banks we wanted to crush in the first place when we all got into this.
