It's been over a month, they haven't delivered my $20,000. They requested KYC and a bunch of information from me, I immediately gave them all the information and KYC documents. They keep saying that there was no information from the Compliance department or that I need to send an e-mail. They don't give any additional information. This site has no contact person, their live support staff has no knowledge of anything and can't help with anything. No one has responded to the e-mail address they gave me for months.
