First time using this website, I wanted to exchange my Litecoin (LTC) to XMR (Monero).I sent 0.723 LTC and was promised to receive approximately 0.35 XMR. I took several screenshots and everything seemed flawless.However, once I proceeded to pay, the amount that I was promised to receive decreased to approximately 0.349 XMR, which is not too much less than what I was initially promised, so I just settled for it and proceeded with the payment.Once the payment was finalized, they sent me approximately 0.342 XMR, which is exactly 0.00738504 XMR less (approximately $1.52 less) than what was promised, once again.In short, I was scammed by this website. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and they claim that the promised amount is never "promised" because the market is always changing so the final amount in the small timeframe of less than 1 hour made it so that I lose $1.52.Hilarious, is it not? Nowhere was that mentioned nor stated, nor was it supposed to be that the amount that I receive would change AFTER I had finalized my payment to them.With that false claim of theirs, they could just send whatever small amount and claim that "the market changed" so drastically during the short time-frame that ... whoops, turns out I only receive so little now.Do not deal with this website unless you expect to be hassled for your Crypto.Pay me back the $1.52 in XMR or refund it in LTC if you want this truthful experience to change into a positive one. Yes, when I am being scammed for such a small amount, I go out of my way to be extra petty and make sure I receive justice, otherwise I make it very known to other visitors that this is how you scam your "customers".I provided you with all information including screenshots in my ticket that I submitted to you.UPDATE (to respond to their response): Yes, sure, in the matter of minutes, I lost $1.52 due to "market change", hahahaha! You are such scammers, it is unfathomable. My payment was long sent and confirmed, and the REAL market rate (not the imaginary one that you are using) had barely been impacted, if at all. However, the time that you took to recognize the confirmed payment took most of the time that elapsed (which is not that much time in total). So if the rate was impacted to such extent, it was on your liability that it did due to the time that it took for your system to recognize the confirmed payment that was sent and the time that it took to process the payment to me (which also took time).To add even more to this response, I already contacted you via email (for support — the same email that you provided), and the assistance that I received was fruitless and unhelpful, similar to your response here. There were no "rate check" nor "financial experts".The only possibility that this rating ever changes is if you would fulfill what was requested in the ticket that I submitted on your website. The request is for you to compensate with $1.52 or to refund $1.52, and I have provided the addresses to do so swiftly. Unless the request is fulfilled, it is considered that you have scammed me, either outright or through extremely poor website clarity (which must be intentional), and both reasons are more than valid for you to be labeled as a soft scam.You are able to check my account's past queries to see the ticket since your poor ticket system does not even provide a ticket number/ID, which is not surprising at this point considering the type of shady business that you are running through your "instant exchange".
