I recently had some trouble with a transaction and was worried that my crypto was lost. After contacting Changelly support, they assured me it was not lost and they would manually process it for me. Despite them being overwhelmed, it was processed within 3 days of giving them notice. Very happy with the service and ease of use, especially trying to get ahold of emerging cryptos that are not on the main exchanges.

I spent a total of about 12 hours on chat, probably mostly because I was confused, but it speaks to there being too many sources of confusion and too little power to remove them. I could have solved my problems much sooner if Changelly's tech support people (I worked with at least 3, one of them twice) had a minimal understanding of other major currency exchanges (in my case Coinbase) and platforms (in my case Nexo). And when being passed from one support person to another, make sure the new one takes time to read the previous one's chat record.--I don't think I ever received a transaction PD, and certainly wouldn't know how to find it now .--

It is not safe to use at all they robbed me and paid me almost half of my exchange amount. I lost over 500 USD because of Changelly and the CEO. I asked them to pay me over 2 weeks and they only paid me half of 1000 after I complained and waited. If proof or pictures are required for this post then I will post those as well!

It's been more than a month or two since my account has been locked with my funds without any reason. Their support couldn't give any valid motivation and so they decided to let me go through a KYC when not necessary (according their ToS and guidelines). However their support team won't be do anything to hear my particular situation and ignoring my queries, I have sent all documents and everything to complete my KYC but they kept avoiding my form by asking to send different documents or photos or different files quality when no other exchange or bank claimed any issue with these documents.I am not receiving any response from their support team from 2 days.So I am pretty sure they will keep ignoring me and will keep my account locked and I will never have my funds back. You should avoid using this company and their services.UPDATE: I have in touch with live support and they assisted my in a professional way. I am now waiting for the compliance team to solve my issue.UPDATE after Changelly reply: I have already sent all documents many times and with all requirements. I am not receiving any response from your compliance team.

Having used the exchange for the second time, I noticed something extremely strange. They sent me exactly the same amount of the coin the second day as the first day. 12 Digits of Precision. The number was exactly the same and this was despite being a day apart and converting a different amount of BTC and despite it estimating a more favorable exchange rate [more even than the customer support agents authority to remedy] . Having dealt with the Chat support only to find out they have ZERO discretionary authority. When the email came in to rate the experience I though I would warn others about the horrible USER EXPERIENCE.Having been more than 5 days now since the incident of short changing and me reporting a bug, and having communicated with the Chat support on 4 separate occasions, I have still not been contacted from anyone at Changelly with the authority to address the matter.I pointed out a serious bug and they refused to investigate, make restitution for damages, or even respond to me. This is sounding alarms bells for me. I suspect deliberate fraud.

And it does not say about any checks.Secondly, I went through KYC and gave you all screenshots of my exchanges from where I got my bitcoins. You ignored these documents.Thirdly, I told you that I do not want you to carry out the exchanges I made, but return my bitcoins back. You chose to steal my money.Now we will decide this case in court. My lawyers are already collecting all the paperwork to set up a Hong Kong court hearing. After I win this trial, I promise I will spend this money on advertising this incident. $ 40,000 is enough for the whole world to know that you are scammers and thieves. Everyone who uses cryptocurrencies will know about you. You no longer need to compete with anyone, because you will fall in the eyes of people.
