Exchange Changelly uses simple fraud scheme: - Changelly changes the conditions for the transaction bargain, after transaction was confirmed and you sent approved number of coins to Changelly wallet in the approved time of a transaction bargain. For example, they say that price of the coin was changed !, so transaction cannot be completed. - After you realise that there will be no agreed and confirmed transaction, Changelly suggests the 'solution' - provide the transaction with additional fees, or to provide a refund with a very high additional fee. For example, instead of 0.0011 ERG actual network fee, Changelly says they will hold 1.8571956 ERG (~24 hours of mining on 700 MH) for refund, calling this fraud fee as ‘ERG network fee’.- I was told that a ‘refund’ will be send in 1 business day.- Next day I received my coins minus 2.34460404 ERG (instead of 1.8571956 ERG). Another fraud.Summary:Changelly acted like fraud an all steps of interaction with me.AVOID. CHANGELLY. FRAUD. EXCHANGE. WITH. ALL. COSTS.Reported to Yoroi as well. Spread the word among the friends.

A transaction worth $20,000 has been withheld for weeks now. I had completed the KYC process long time ago (prior to the transaction) and the account is in good standing. The customer support says they can't withdraw the funds due to an exchange provider issue (and also refused to refund the value of the transaction in any other way). Which means, they basically took my money, and I don't know when or if they will give it back. The only option left for me is to seek legal action - since this is essentially theft.
