Not trustworthy at all!!!!!! I did some successful trades and clicked on "Start new exchange" link on their status page to make another trade. After that, I was redirect to some black mirror link that tricked me to lost $200 -- thank god it was the smallest amount I meant to trade. They refuse to support me, saying it's not their fault, while still admitting that this is a known issue that has been compromising their customers funds for ages and they don't know how this mirror link is originated -- even when you click on their success page (after a successful trade). Beware! Find another exchange.

Yesterday I made an exchange for $72,000 and after 10 hours its stuck on "exchanging". I contact support to which they say that they have flagged my exchange and have contacted their legal team. I ask them how long this will take and they said that they will take over a week to respond. I mentioned that on their TOS that I can refuse KYC and receive a refund but they said that they will wait to see what their legal team has to say about it? - How is this even legal?All I want is a refund this shouldn't be allowed.
