i used their service via my Tangem wallet. For some reason the exchange was approve but the send failed, got notice they were returning my funds. the funds never arrived. I contacted them for help. I was asked for screen shots which i provided in the 1st email, an then 2nd email...then 3rd,then 4th..asking me the same questions. after about a week of back and for with 2 different ppl...i was told there was nothing they could do...that was it...srry f u ..thank god it was only 51 bucks ...rip off service with zero accountability or customer service

I don't usually write reviews. I am new to this crypto world and didn't know where to start and a friend of mine recommend this Changelly. The interface is fantastic and easy to use and it also guides you to make your transactions easy. Its been a while since I have been using it and it hasn't been all smooth as with everything but customer service did sort out the problem every quickly.

È un'ottima app per chi si avvicina per la prima volta a questo mondo. Facile e intuitiva, ha anche un'ottima grafica. Ci sono diverse criptovalute e si ha anche la possibilità di acquistarle con carta.
