I had a mishap sending some crypto to be swapped for another crypto. Usually these things are disasters. But, the crew at changelly went to work. They tracked it down after a great chat with support and made it right. They really care about customers.

Changelly charged my over $400 for a transaction that should have cost less than $50. They customer support is terrible. They've been fobbing me off for months now with "We are very busy and will get back to you". But they clearly have no intention of doing so. I have checked all Exchanges at the time that I tried to swap BTC with USDT using their service, and their rates are so bad that my effective (but hidden) charge was over $400. Appalling, I'd never use them again. Planning to file an official complaint with authorities in Hong Kong where this company is registered.If you have some pocket change and you want to swap into another crypto coin, fine. However, DO NOT use these cowboys with any significant amount of your money as they will rip you off and then refuse to answer any questions or explain themselves. Friends, I have many years experience in the technology industry and in Crypto, and I urge people not to use this service for any amount of money beyond $50, otherwise it's likely they will rip you off. REP to BTC using Changelly. Transaction ID was created, and I sent my REP. I waited a day, no BTC. Contacted support over email, they said REP is not supported. Ok, then why was I able to create a transaction id? Fine. Support said it would take 20 days to get a refund. It's been 20 days, I contacted support again and they've gone silent. No response as opposed to a response within 24hrs previously. Have not received my coins back and they are leaving me in the dark. Would not recommend. Buyer beware.

Literally did exactly what it said. Fast transfer, DOGE > BTC. Used Changelly since 2018 and never had an issue.

Changelly responded every time I circled back with my problem and kept working at helping until I figured out the language that they all know and I didn’t know how to ask. Communication is key to great customer service. Sometimes just saying ‘let us look some more’ in this age of zero personal interaction makes all the difference for a lost and frustrated customer. They really helped me and I appreciate it. Well done!
