I love my Tangem wallet, and have Reffered countless people to use it . Last night I went to trade one of my holdings for a small amount of a new coin. On Tangem I would never make a large trade because using changeNOW the slippage and fees are already robbery. Somehow when it traded it swapped my entire holding for another coin. I immediately caught it , tried to reverse it , emailed support with pictures, wallet addresses etc. The wording that leads you to believe they can reverse it is not truthful, long story short the team was polite and concise , but I would be too if I just nailed someone for a 2500$ ( approximate) transaction fee. I do understand the name now because after the CRAZY fees you will only have CHANGENOW left in your account .I told them in the email chain I wanted to completely reverse it, if possible. So if the possibilities are Lose money or receive the Tectum obviously I’m not gonna give anymore money away . Would you like me to attach the email chain or screen shots ?
