I made a mistake sending a lot of xrp to Changely without the memo tag. Fortunately they are a honest company and they sent it back. Support was very fast and friendly. I feel good about using their services again.

I had a minor problem regarding a transaction failure. The online support at Changelly was of honest assistance by explaining to me clearly the reasons to my transaction failure. I received advise and an option to either process my failed transaction or receive a refund which is very a transparent deed from their part. I'm delighted to have access on their platform due to errors and issues are promptly delt with. KEEP IT UP CHANGELLY!!!

Depuis le 28 août, changelly retient 2 de mes transactions pour raison de  sécurité... Et REFUSE de me donner plus d’informations. Et sans me remettre mes fonds..Pourtant, je ne suis que simple citoyen qui débute dans la crypto.N’utilisez pas cet plateforme si vous ne voulez pas que vos fonds soient prit en HOLD-UP!!
