I'm new to Crypto exchanges etc. I highly recommend using Changelly. I had an issue of not receiving payment from an exchange so used the online chat service and Grace quickly resolved my issue straight way. Excellent service - Thank you!

Charged me 60 dollars just to redirect me to the site that processes the transaction for another 66$ in fees. Unfair and not transparent in what you are being charged. Advice: go directly to the site that processes the transaction and avoid huge fees.

I screwed up and didn't send the minimum currency to complete the transaction and it failed. I emailed support and received a response within 6 hours , prompting me to visit the site for an online chat to try the transaction manually and explore refund options. Inn less than 5 minutes on the live chat my transaction was completed.very satisfied!
