Don't use. They flag you as being suspect even after providing all the KYC documentation with no explanation. They are holding onto my crypto and are unwilling to refund me.

Ive used this service many times without an account, or giving any info other than the addresses. Ive done thousands of dollars of crypto exchanges without any issues.

I made a swap, on a fluctuating quote. While I was doing it I was monitoring Uniswap, Change Hero and ChangeNOW. In those exchanges, the quote didn't change while I was doing the swap.When I received the token in my wallet the amount was different, it was less than the quote (even the one they show after the funds are received and the swap was done) In ChangeNOW they actually INCREASED the amount RIGHT AFTER changelly's system made the exchange. Suggestion: Better use another exchange
