Никогда ещё не обменивала криптовалюту. К сервису отношусь с осторожностью. К счастью проблем при переводах не возникло. Задержек тоже не было, как некоторые пишут. В целом могу рекомендовать сервис пока что.

Наиболее явным плюсом площадки можно поставить быстроту обменов. Проводил обмен уже второй раз и получилось быстро как и в первый раз. Обменник одобряю!

I swap on this exchange. 2 Transactions with usdc were processed, on the third one they decided to request kyc. OK, passed, no money sent or refunded. Additional questions answered.Give me my money back!

Never use them. They automatically flag your XMR transaction and even after you provide all requested KYC/AML info they will keep you running in endless loops with automated replies. Support says contact compliance team and compliance team keeps saying we will get back once there is an update. Months? Years? How long should a KYC verification take. Why can't you just reverse if you can't process? Trying to rob users of their crypto in the name of AML/KYC. STAY AWAY from this and never use it through exodus, ledger etc.

I would be very cautious using this exchange. I mistakenly chose the wrong network for my crypto deposit (yes this was on me); however, normally other exchanges I have used in the past where this has happened to me has gladly returned my crypto quicky and without fees, but this exchange has refused to return my crypto. I would be cautious using them as there are better exchanges that are more reasonable and offer the same if not better experience (emphasis on better experience/customer service). I don't like to write poor reviews, but this has been one of the lowest quality service I have receive from a crypto exchange.EDIT: Considering the reply, I will wait for further updates regarding my request (even though it has been 6 months so far with no updates). I would love to delete this review, but will have to leave it up until this is resolved.
