I exchange BTC to NEXO through changelly widget and it showed 0.009 BTC will be 538.295 NEXO and 1.349 NEXO network fee will be withheld.I clicked exchange and sent the BTC. In return I got only 506.149464 NEXO and 27.17 NEXO charged as network fee - despite clearly stating 1.349 for the same when initiating the transfer. Beware of their bait and switch tactics. I contacted their support which put me on hold for a long time and finally had this to say"It seems that you've paid attention to the exchange fee only.The network fee for this transaction seems to be 27.17 Nexo.Everything seems to be just fine.**Next time be more careful, please!**"I took a screenshot of the exchange screen which stated 1.349 as the network fee so make of this what you like. Proceed with caution.I will just be good and use Uniswap from next time like I should have!
