Yes the value you get is not always the best and sometimes you can find better deal. My transaction was stuck for ~16 hours, so i decided to open a ticket. The status of the transaction was "expired". (It was a swap from ETH to LINK via the live ledger app)I opened a ticket and explained my problem. The support responded within 15 minutes, was very friendly and solved the issue in the following hour.

Just tried to exchange btc for xmr. After sending .02 btc to Changelly I got an email saying my transaction was put on hold for KYC. If I hadn't been through this with Changelly twice in year 2020, I might not be bothered. But this is just harrastment, plain and simple. I have sent Changelly my license, passport selfies and every other type of documentation to prove who I am yet still they ask for these documents again and again and again. Why? Changelly has ~$800 they are not completing my exchange or refunding my btc.After reading Changelly's response, I'm still bothered by what motivated Changelly to immediately put my transaction on hold. As I said in my review Changelly has my license, passport and several selfie they required me to take last year when they put two transactions totaling ~ 2,000 on hold. That process took over a week before my coin was returned to me. Now I have a Coinbase account and I can assure you that Coinbase does not ask me to repeatedly take a photo of my license front and back and a selfie holding my license every time I buy or sell or convert coin. So why does Changelly ask for these photos. I don't think they realize the stress they put their customers under when they put the exchange on hold. My experience with Changelly just has not been pleasant.

I did a ledger live swap btc to usdc after about 2 hours the funds weren't in my account, i contacted their live support and was told it was down to higher gas fees from eth and would take awhile, i then read some terrible reviews on here and started to get really worried, 4 hrs later the funds arrived complete with correct amount, so it all worked great the support was good and all was as expected, i would recommend but try a small amount 1st.

I tried out this service with a bit of trepidation today. I need to get rid of a small amount of Cryptocurrency not commonly found on Exchanges but did not want to sign up for another exchange just to get rid of it. I have to say, I was VERY impressed. I was able to get the job done in less than five minutes. No huge sign up process and the fees were very reasonable. I highly recommend. Please keep in mind, depending on the type of coin you are exchanging, the entire process could take from five minutes to an hour or more. That isn't the exchanges fault. That is simply the different blockchains and the different timings for different verifications.

Did a swap via Ledger. ETH was send but after about 5 hours still no USDT.I contacted Changelly and received the message transactions of ETH all were delayed. After contacting support it was handled within 20 minutes. So support helped me very well, but troubles with sending tokens and no problems in receiving them gives me a unpleasend feeling.

Not too sure what happened here. I have had a Changelly account for some time now. I upgraded to the changelly pro account and not my country isn't serviced. SO now after all the verifications and information provided I need to have a back and forth with support via email? Nah. Not recommended. I'll stay with what I have used.
