My experience has been okay till this morning ... i exchanged Nexo to Etherium and been checking my luno account since 9 am Now its 4pm 115usd is missing ...after you sent me confirmation that transcactionbis finished its not on my Luno wallet ..something is fishy here and would like to get to the bottom of it ...#q2d9i2yptsbq1aa im still waiting for my funds

My first transfer was from BTC to DOGE using Changelly. It "failed" for no adequate reason, but eventually they processed it same day after a few hours of talking with chat support. Then, when I went to change DOGE to BTC, it now has failed after being stuck in exchanging for several hours, and they now no longer, in chat support's own words, have DOGE "enabled", and won't be able to refund me back my DOGE until they "enable DOGE again". Horrible response times, now chat support is not open, and I have zero updates beyond that. Absolutely suspicious and scammy. I want my DOGE back NOW.Edit: as of February 15th, 2021, I have still not been refunded my DOGE despite being in correspondence with them via the only means left to contact them (email). I keep getting told I have to wait for updates. I will likely never get it back. This is a scam, it does not take several weeks to process a refund.FINAL EDIT: As of February 24th, 2021, nearly a WHOLE MONTH after the fact, I finally got my DOGEcoin back. I recommend anyone find alternatives if you want to avoid a huge hassle and needing to nake legal threats to get them to do their job...never use these guys!

When you initiate an exchange, they often hold your coin hostage for hours and hours while currency value drops.This is a slimy outfit of thieves. Deceptive, dishonest, predatory, greed driven.Response to the message below: No, I will not. The last time I supplied a transaction ID at your request you did not reply or offer any type of reimbursement. You are slimebag predators.Charging absurd amounts of $ to simply transfer a cryptocurrency from one to another is predatory and scammy.
