I recently used Changelly to exchange BTC for USDC via the Ledger Live desktop app. It didn't go well. Unfortunately, Ledger did not give the option to adjust the transaction fee and the swap took over 12 hours to complete. Granted, the transaction speed had nothing to do with Changelly, but I selected the "Floating Rate" and was extremely disappointed to see the swap had barely been adjusted to the more than 10% price fluctuation that had occurred in that time. This combined with their own fees, which aren't cheap, means that in such event you will be left quite out of pocket. Would not recommend, especially in busy times when networks are congested.

I am new to the DEFI space and pretty wary after seeing some news that wasn't so great surrounding ETH. However, I went back and forth with questions and CHANGELLY responded to every email within minutes and made my experience very satisfying. I am a little less afraid of DEFI because of their AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Crypto family. Changelly is the absolute best! Sent my transaction without a memo because I wasn't paying attention. The support team responded immediately to my request for help. Changelly walked me through the recovery process and assured me my funds would be returned. I gave them there needed time to recover my funds and they came through. Changelly is a big part of our defi family and we should support them. We need companies like this in the defi space. Spread the word!!!

Really loving Changelly so far. Where I reside, it’s tough to get my hands on some XRP and Changelly has made this process seamless! I had a minor issue with a transfer one time (my own fault) and their customer service and tech team were able to turn it around within a couple minutes - heck, they reached out to me in minutes after noticing the error themselves. Great product, great Customer Service - Happy customer!
