Poor Customer Support and Unjust Fund HandlingTerrible customer support—they act as though they own your funds! They keep making excuses and promises, delaying access to your money under the guise of KYC requirements. Be cautious when dealing with them!"We reserve the right to freeze your exchange transaction for any period of time..." As they said after 14 Months.

While many exchanges, including Binance, no longer support buying BNB Beacon Chain (BEP2), ExchangeNow still does, making the process straightforward and smooth. This support is greatly appreciated!

Only had an issue once and got a reply in less than 20 minutes, fixed within 2 hours. Otherwise transactions smooth and quick.
